We have a fantastic opportunity available to us.  Jenny and I as Coaching and Development officers for Athletics Bendigo have been trying to obtain Vasily Grishchenkov’s services to run a clinic for us for some months.  With some perseverance he has finally agreed.

The clinic will involve theory on Strength and Conditioning, with the majority of the clinic focusing more on the practical application.  This clinic will be suitable for all forms of athletics and sport in general, he will not be focusing on any one discipline, therefore the knowledge he will be imparting will be suitable for Coaches of any discipline of sport, any senior Athletes in the sport of Athletics, Triathlons’, PE Teachers, Health Workers, and other Professionals such as Physiotherapist.

His services do come at a considerable cost - $800, so we need verification of numbers before we set the cost.
