Bendigo Little Athletics Club 2010-11 Season Registration Days

The 2010-11 season will get underway with 2 registration days at the Athletics Track in Retreat Road, Spring Gully prior to the first day of competition on 9^th October. Registering on either day ensures we have your child on the recording system ready for the first event on Day 1 and will assist in streamlining the program.

Pre-season  “Early-bird” discount fee for early registration - $95.00 per child

Registration Day 1 Thursday 30^th September 6.30-8.30pm
Or
Registration Day 2 Saturday 2nd  October 9.30-11.30am

Payment must be received and receipted on either of the above dates or before (via post) so athletes can collect a competition number, barcode and information pack ready for Day 1 of competition on 9^th October. Barcode and number will be allocated on these days for results and records to count on Day1 of competition. 

Day 1 of Competition Saturday  9^th October 8.30-11.30am

Annual registration fee paid after registration days - $110.00 per child

Registrations received after the two registration days will require payment of the regular fee of $110.00.
All results including  pbs and records will then count the competition week following payment of fee.
Registration fees cover;
o   Affiliation with Little Athletics Victoria
o   Subscription to NARS - on line results database
o   Little Athletics Bendigo Family Hand Book
o   Public Liability & Insurance
o   Equipment & Ground Hire at LUBAC (Athletics track in Retreat Road, Spring Gully)
o   End of season awards

If you’re not sure One Day Registration option - $2.00 per child

If you are unsure about committing for the whole season we do have the option of “One Day Registration” where your child (or a friend) can compete on any week during the season for just $2.00. There is a limit of two weeks only and a “One Day Registration Form” must be completed by a parent or guardian.

More information will be forwarded to you in September and registration forms may be downloaded from the Bendigo Little Athletics Club website www.bendigolac.org.au <http://www.bendigolac.org.au/> and brought completed on the day or mailed with payment prior to Friday 1^st October to; The Registrar, BLAC, PO Box 354, Bendigo 3552.

If registering on the Victorian Little Athletics Website you must also attend one of the registration days to;
·        Bring proof of online registration printed from the VLA website
·        Bring payment by either cash or cheque
·        Collect a competition number, barcode and information pack once paypment is processed
Athletes must collect a number and barcode prior to the start of competition for all results to count.
